Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving the order confirmation email.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. Customers will be notified in such cases.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted cities/states/countries. If your address falls into any restricted areas, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

- For damaged items, provide photos and videos of the packaging and product for faster resolution.
